We recommend to always waterproof fabric prior to the first wear. Pony hair will differ in length, colour and print for each product meaning it’s completely unique to you. To clean mark, gently wipe with a damp cloth with warm water. Do not scrub or use detergents. Pony hair is a natural material so repeated abrasion will cause the hair to fall out and malt over time with wear. If malting occurs with your product this will be considered wear and tear not a manufacturing fault.
